Skyzer VC group was established in 2016 and its business is mainly concentrated in Greater China and Asia. We comprise several technology & entertainment houses that provide the best digital entertainments experience & innovative O2O business platform, which include Golfzon GreenLive Hong Kong, SmarKie, Versus Stadium, VAR Live and PongConnect.
We combine our wisdom and technology with our lives to develop innovative and creative entertainment facilities that allow our customers to have a diverse entertainment experience. 吳聖鑫先生 (Steve Ngu) 為天旭科技投資集團 (Skyzer VC Group) 之創辦人暨董事長，負責集團業務開發和市場營銷，以卓越的投資眼光帶領集團業務發展。吳先生於開發技術和娛樂市場方面經驗豐富，曾出任DARTSLIVE International Ltd.的行政總裁，更作為DARTSLIVE的策劃人成功將業務推廣到全球22個國家。
此外，吳先生致力推廣資訊科技的發展，投資各種創新科技公司，為市場提供最佳的娛樂體驗，當中包括高爾夫、電子屏幕廣告箱、電競酒吧等。
Steve Ngu is the founder and the Chairman of Skyzer VC Group. He responsible for the group’s business development and marketing, and leads the group’s business development with his excellent investment vision. Mr. Ngu is very experienced in developing technology and entertainment markets, he has served as the CEO of DARTSLIVE International Ltd. As a planner of DARTSLIVE, he has successfully promoted his business to 22 countries around the world.
Besides, Mr. Ngu is committed to promoting the development of information technology and investing in various innovative technology companies to provide the best entertainment experience for the market, including golf, electronic screen advertising boxes, and e-sports bars.

Eric Yeung
Founder
楊全盛先生 (Eric Yeung) 為天旭科技投資集團 (Skyzer VC Group) 之創辦人。畢業於香港中文大學計算機科學系，並擁有香港中文大學電子商貿碩士及工商管理碩士學位。
於資訊科技界擔任重要骨幹，其職務包括香港智慧城市聯盟會長、香港電競總會會長、香港資訊科技聯會副會長及互聯網專業協會副會長等。此外，他更積極推廣青年事務，為現任香港青年聯會常務副主席及香港中小企總商會常務副會長，同時亦為多個政府諮詢委員會服務，例如創新及科技諮詢委員會、可持續發展委員會、公民教育委員會、中小型企業委員會、以及電訊服務用戶及消費者諮詢委員會，於2010年，楊先生更獲海港青年商會選為第四屆青年領袖。
Eric Yeung is the founder of Skyzer VC Group. He completed his undergraduate study in the Department of Computer Science & Engineer of Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also obtained the Master Degrees of Business Administration (MBA) and the Science in E-Commerce.
Mr. Yeung plays an active role in IT industry. He is the President of Smart City Consortium and E-Sports Association Hong Kong, the Vice President of Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council and the Vice Chairman of the Internet Professional Association. Besides, he is active in promoting youth development. He is the Executive Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong United Youth Association and the Executive Vice President of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Small and Medium Business. He also takes his role as a member of Advisory Committee on Innovation and Technology, and Council for sustainable development and also committee member of Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education, Small and Medium Enterprises Committee, TUCAC and TRAAC. In 2010, Eric was selected as the 4th Young Leader of the Junior Chamber International Harbour.
